The Winkle, in Arch 139 on Brighton seafront, opposite the Odeon, has begun welcoming customers to its new premises.
The restaurant, run by married couple Owen Pickrell and PJ Doran, is set to bring “a fresh concept focused on community, quality and unpretentious hospitality” to the city.
The pair have left behind their corporate careers to “create something more rewarding and real”.
